Viking Fresh Off the Hook is a Larson/Panacek family owned business that opened in the spring of 2003. Since we are affiliated with Viking Village commercial fishing dock, our seafood is always fresh, often caught the same day. All of our food is prepared on premises using only the freshest high quality ingredients. We pride ourselves on serving responsibly caught fresh seafood prepared in a healthy way, in a clean, fresh and friendly environment.
